Eco reschedule delays €56M costs for Scottish Power

Scottish Power parent Iberdrola saw a €56 million boost to its income in the third quarter because government rescheduled the Eco energy efficiency scheme, the company said in its trading update. However it said that boost would be reversed later as the scheme was played out.
The company reported Ebitda in its renewable energy business up by 11%. That was partly driven by onshore wind generation, up 5.6% because of favourable wind conditions, and by the start of generation at the company’s offshore wind projects.
