Hardly a week goes by without shale gas hitting the headlines, often because a person or party is objecting to proposals.  It is certainly a topic that causes emotions to run high. What are the options available in the face of direct protestor action at sites where shale gas exploration is taking place and where protestors are trespassing on land?
