Over the six years that Fiona Cochrane has been working on energy policy at Which?, the energy team has grown from half a person to six full-time staff. It’s an indication of energy’s high profile in consumer affairs.  Which? wants to fight the customer corner, but when I meet Cochrane I first ask her what that really means. Can she fight for real reductions in energy bills over the coming years, or are we trying to limit a price rises in a more costly environment?
