MPs: networks are over-rewarded and should face tougher targets and more public scrutiny

Is there enough transparency in how network costs are determined, and is Ofgem scrutinising them effectively? And are network companies being over-rewarded for their activity? These were the key concerns raised in a report by the Commons Select Committee on Energy and Climate Change in a report: 'Energy network costs: transparent and fair?'
