Scottish Government prepares for action on not-for-profit supplier and investment bank

Setting up a government-owned, “not for profit” energy company in Scotland would cost £0.5-3.5 million, depending on the model used, and operating costs would be £2.8-9 million, according to a report by EY for the Scottish Government.
