Upgrading Dcusa aims to offer simpler processes to cut barriers for new entrants

New suppliers, asset developers and others using the distribution networks should have a smoother and easier process to work out the costs of using the network, according to central body Electralink. The organisation manages the Distribution, Connection and Use of System Agreement (Dcusa), the multi-party contract between licensed electricity distributors, suppliers and generators that has been used since 2006.
