Vestas probes blade failure

Vestas has launched an investigation after a blade on one of its V47 turbines detached and fell to the ground at a wind farm in County Kerry, Ireland.
The incident occurred at the 15.2MW Tursillagh wind farm near Tralee. The 23-turbine project, owned by Saorgus Energy, was commissioned in 2000.
All other turbines on the project are operating normally.
