Bio-power plants 'could be a renewables export opportunity for UK Plc'

Should the UK expand its focus from building a domestic wind industry to becoming a leader in other renewable energy projects?  That was what Blair Lavoie, president of MWH Constructors, MWH Global suggested as the company hosted a visit by energy minister Matthew Hancock at the Tyseley biomass-fuelled plant in Birmingham.
