Energy from waste company 4New has announced plans for a series of small plants (sized at 10-15MW) in the UK, using Ecogreen’s pyrolysis technology.
Chief executive Sandeep Golechha told New Power the units would be sited on industrial estates and use local waste from aggregators. The company would be sourcing supplies on a merchant basis instead of signing long-term contracts.
