Does Brexit uncertainty mean no ‘fixed schedule’ contracts?

Wartsila and Centrica delivered two new gas engine installations at Brigg and Peterborough “to cost and budget”, according to Centrica’s head of distributed generation, Mark Futyan. But future projects will have less certainty, Melle Kruisdijk, Wartsila’s vice-president for energy solutions in Europe, told New Power. From now on, he said, “it would be hard to commit to a fixed schedule to build” a project”.
