Generators seeking a Feed in Tariff subsidy for some wind installations will have to queue until the second quarter of 2018.
New Ofgem figures show there are 52 generators applying for a Feed in Tariff for a 50-100kW wind installation. Five will have to queue until the tariff period, beginning on 1 April 2018.
Other types of renewables including anaerobic digestion are queued well into next year.
