ScottishPower finished the first half of the financial year with slightly more customer accounts than the year before, despite incurring the largest number of complaints ever seen by an energy company in the last three months of 2014 (according to Citizens Advice figures). Numbers rose by 18,000 to 3.3 million electricity and 2.2 million gas customers.
