Technical issues at the Rough storage facility have forced Centrica Storage Ltd (CSL) to ask the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for a steer on how it will approach changes in its operating regime, before it can inform the market what storage capacity is available for 2016/17.
Technical issues at the Rough storage facility have forced Centrica Storage Ltd (CSL) to ask the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for a steer on how it will approach changes in its operating regime, before it can inform the market what storage capacity is available for 2016/17.
CSL may have to dip into “cushion” gas because technical problems at the site have limited the amount of gas that can be stored.
