The Viking wind farm project is set to move forward after a legal challenge to the Scottish Government planning consent for the 103-turbine development was rejected
The Supreme Court dismissed the case and declined to refer it to the European Court of Justice. Viking Energy chairman Alan Bryce said: “We are delighted the Supreme Court has endorsed the planning consent for Viking wind farm, granted in April 2012.”
