Water market opening offers cross-selling and joint buying opportunities for energy

The retail market for business water users opened with little fanfare – but crucially no hitches – on 1 April. In fact the cut-over to go-live went as well as it could possibly have: companies were ready on time, the new central market system worked, new entrants came forward and more switches were put through at the earliest opportunity than anyone expected, reports Karma Loveday from The Water Report.
