Innogy chief executive Peter Terium has left the company, to be replaced on an interim basis by Uwe Tigges, chief human resources officer. Terium’s abrupt departure came a week after Innogy issued a profits warning, which it said was the result of continuing problems at its UK retailer Npower.
David Gray, chairman of Ofgem, is to retire when his five-year term comes to an end in September 2018.
Nancy McLean has been appointed head of offshore in Natural Power’s offshore business.
