There is a theme running through this issue of New Power. It is about scale. A shift to the small scale for the power industry, from large central generation to small local projects. And at the same time a shift to the large scale, as mass consumer rollouts of new technologies such as batteries and PV start to put the power industry in every home and office, not to mention business.
